Located at the intersection of 4th Street (El Camino Real) and Central Avenue (Route 66), the Crossroads Complex has long been at the center of everything that Downtown has to offer Downtown's 100% corner. Aptly named, it is truly at Albuquerque's crossroads. Crossroads East and West cumulatively contains 53,000+/-sf of restaurant, retail, and office space.
The Crossroads West building opens onto the 4th Street pedestrian mall, transforming this historic area into a vibrant dining and entertainment destination – complete with active outdoor dining patios spilling out onto the mall. The 4th Street Mall, programmed and managed by the private sector led by the Downtown Action Team (DAT), is the home to art shows, festivals and DAT's summer long event – Downtown Thursday Nights.
Crossroads is anchored by Maloney's Bar & Grill's first location outside of California and Arizona. One of the newest additions to the pedestrian mall is Theobroma Chocolatier, food of the gods. Theobroma is a locally owned success story that DAT calls "sweet." The shop features a wide selection of all types of treats including some New Mexico specialties like Chaco Pop, Cortez Crunch Bar and the UFO.
Only 6,000 sf of restaurant space located along Downtown's active 4th Street pedestrian mall remains available. The second floor offers up to 20,000+/ of contiguous space for office and/or retail use.
Crossroads East allows for a large format, 4-level retail use of up to 30,000+/- sf or it can be divided into approximately four 7,400+/- sf floors for retail, office and/or residential uses.
Crossroads East's handsome new art deco faade allows multiple users to achieve a unique and distinctive entry with prominent Central Avenue frontage and signage.
Crossroads provides direct access to Downtown Civic Plaza where publicly accessible wireless lets you stay in touch 24/7.
